What do we do?

We buy clothing and accessory items from our suppliers (we have more than 80 suppliers). They ship the product to our plant in Ohio. We embroider the items with our customer's logo (or whatever design they request) and we ship the finished product to them. Invoicing and collection are handled at our company headquarters, also in Ohio.

Jackets such as Winter Jackets, Summer Jackets, Spring and Fall Jackets, Leather Jackets, Fleece Jackets. All kinds of Jackets. Shirts such as Polo Shirts, Twill Shirts, Oxford Shirts, Dress Shirts, Denim Shirts, Work Shirts, Play Shirts, Sweatshirts, T-Shirts. All kinds of Shirts. Pants, Shorts, Skirts and Skorts. Hats, Towels, Bags, Briefcases, Blankets and Robes. Lots of good stuff!

Who are our customers?

Any business that will buy apparel to use as work uniforms, casual work wear, employee awards, gifts and incentives, customer gifts, special events, etc. etc. is our potential customer. It does not matter where the business is located. If we can find a freight company to ship the product, we're in business. We currently have over 800 commercial customers. Our best customers are companies that have simple logos. (Simple logos means low stitch counts.) When a company has a simple logo, we can produce more items in a given time frame. It allows us to offer better pricing to our customer.

Who are our competitors?

There are lots of competitors such as small embroiders that work out of their home, ad specialty companies, marketing and promotional companies, retail stores and large mail order houses, work uniform rental companies and laundry services just to name a few.

Why are we better than our competitors?

There are lots of reasons why we are better! First, we do our own work. We are not "middlemen". We buy the product from our suppliers. The product comes into our facility where it is embroidered on our equipment by our employees. We do the final trimming, folding and inspection of every piece. We make sure that you get the quantities and the sizes that you order. Second, we are large enough to handle big orders and efficient enough to handle small orders (one dozen is our minimum). Third, our turnaround time is always "two weeks or less". And finally, our pricing is great.

What would you do as an Independent Sales Rep?

You would use your sales skills, contacts, resourcefulness and creativity to get business from commercial accounts with simple logos. Once you're in, you're in! You will get the continued repeat business because we will keep delivering quality products, on time, at a fair price to all of our customers.
